Ponsa Travel Creation is not responsible for any customs delays of your package, for any reason. By confirming the purchase the buyer agress to be held responsible if there are any return fees should the package be rejected at customs, as well as any additional costs associated with resending a new package.
Transport damages:
While the package is in transit between Ponsa Travel Creation and your shipping address, the package is insured against theft and damage. Ponsa Travel Creation obliges the buyer to inspect the delivered goods immediately upon delivery. In the event of damage or lost goods, it is important that you immediately notify the carrier. We would also like to know about damages and therefore ask you to report such matters by sending an email to hello@ponsatravelcreation.com with 48 hours. Please note that once you have signed for/or received the package - it will no longer be covered by our insurance.
