Will I pay more if I book a hotel with you versus booking on my own?
Most of the times, the price is exactly the same if you are booking yourself. If it's ever a little more expensive, remember that the value of the perks outweighs that extra cost.
What if I'm not interested in the perks or VIP amenities. Can you book the hotel for me anyway?
Yes, of course. I can always book the hotel for you at regular rate.
How do I make the most out of my experience when booking the hotel with you?
Tell me everything. Let me know if you love golf, must have access to a pool, if you prefer buzzy city life or peaceful surrounding. Let me know about the purpose of the trip and what you expect from it. If you have serious allergies or dietry restrictions, this is also very helpful information to share. The more the better, that way I'll share only options that fit your wants and needs. I also love to hear about your favorite hotels that you have enjoyed in the past, because that clues me in to your hotel style.
Do you also book flights and yachting?
Yes. In addition to luxury hotel bookings, I can also arrange your flights, private jet charters and yacht charters, allowing you to enjoy a seamless luxury travel experience through one trusted point of contact.
Do you offer payment plans?
No, I currently don't offer payment plans. My work will not be started until the fee is paid.
How can your Hotel Booking service be absolutely free?
I am paid commission from the hotel - that's why you don't have to pay me for my hotel booking service.
How do I benefit from your Hotel Planning service?
Not only does it save you time. A lot of time. I will not only spend that time doing all the research, I'll contact my partners on the destinations to ensure the best service for you upon arrival. The hospitality industry is all about relationships and as every request is different and unique it might take hours or even days to do proper research - that's why I charge for this service. I'll provide you with 3 hotel options based on your style, budget and other preferences including photos and information about each hotel - everything you'll need to know to decide which hotel to choose for your upcoming stay. Should you want me to make a reservation of one of my suggested hotels - this will cost you nothing.
Do you book Airbnbs?
No, but I do have trusted house and villa rentals I work with.
When should I reach out?
I want to secure the best hotels for you so the earlier, the better.
Will my money be refunded if I cancel my reservation?
Each reservation is different and you will receive the terms and conditions prior to finalizing your booking and making you initial deposit if there is one. Refunds may vary due to both my terms and conditions as well as the hotel's terms and conditions.
